Frequently Asked Questions

Is the depth chart generator really free?

Yes. Type your names and download the PDF with no account and no credit card. Save it to a free account to keep it and change it as the season goes.

How many names fit at each position?

Two to six, the same number in every box. The depth chart maker in a free account goes up to nine.

Three or four outfielders?

Either. Four outfielders puts left center and right center in place of center field, for slowpitch softball and the youth leagues that play four.

Can one player be listed at more than one position?

Yes. Type the same name in as many boxes as you like; most rosters need a utility player or two to cover the whole field.

What does a free account add?

Your roster dragged into place instead of typed, up to nine names per position, a notes section, and a link to share with your coaching staff so everyone works from the same chart.
